Service Description

Soft Tissue Mobilization (Massage) involves a combination of effleurage (Swedish), petrissage (deep tissue), and muscle elongation techniques which decrease pain and muscle tightness of sore and achy muscles. This service also helps to increase blood flow to muscles which improves range of motion and overall mobility. Please notify therapist of specific areas of muscle soreness and tightness or any areas with movement restriction.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. If unable to notify us 24 hours prior to start of appointment, deposit will not be refunded.
