Service Description

Includes Myofascial release and trigger point therapy. This massage focuses on releasing trigger points and decreasing muscle adhesions. It also includes active release techniques for adhesion removal and neuromuscular reactive training in order to boost overall mobility and flexibility while decreasing tightness and burning/tingling sensations that may occur during activity. This service also includes joint mobilizations. Please notify therapist of specific areas of muscle soreness and tightness or any areas with movement restriction.
