Service Description
Chronic issues that have been bothering you for a while? Random pain of no specific cause? Post surgical repair? Joint or muscle weakness and stiffness keeping you from performing and/or enjoying your normal activities? This service includes a physical therapy evaluation, assessment, and diagnosis, as well as recommendations for continued treatment. Patients are provided with a personalized home exercise program and advised on in-home modifications for immediate improvements and to ensure carryover and success in returning to normal activities!
